Once work has started on your pet logo design, we do not offer refunds. This is because once our designers have started working on your logo, they have invested time, effort, and creativity into creating a unique design that meets your specific requirements. As a result, we cannot refund your payment if you decide to cancel your order after work has commenced.
However, we do offer a 3-hour cancellation policy for orders that have been placed but work has not yet started. If you wish to cancel your order within the first 3 hours after placing it and making payment, we will refund your payment in full.
